Shipping Policy

    • We offer several ship via USPS Ground Advantage, expedited shipping options may be available.

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

  3. Shipping Times:

    • Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

    • International orders may take 7-21 business days or longer, depending on customs processing and destination.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout, based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

    • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Please check our promotions or contact us for more details.

  5. Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  6. Lost or Damaged Items:

    • In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item or the expected delivery date. We will assist you with filing a claim and, if necessary, send a replacement.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We accept returns on standard vinyl graphic products within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

    • Custom vinyl graphics (e.g., personalized designs, sizes, or colors) are non-returnable unless defective.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at geo-mar-designs@gmx.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  4. Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different design, size, or color, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 5 days of purchase.

  5. Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.​
